RESIN & ALUMINUM
“ This serie started in 2003, as I was carving silhouettes in all sorts of wooden plates and cutting boards. My frequent trips to thrift stores got me to look into baking pans and finding a way to work with resin in hollow carved drawings in those metalic objects.Later on I went on to customize larger aluminum panels.The finish work is always unpredictable, excited with light as it moves through the resin and interacts with the drawing and wall with all sorts of shadows ”
